Clinic

The Clinic.

One-to-one metabolic reversal, in London.

The full personal engagement with Maria. A course of treatment with a beginning, middle and end, held together by biomarker-tracked outcomes.

Waitlisted, by design. Maria works clinic one day a week and carries four to eight active clients at a time, so places open when a current client discharges. Joining the waitlist takes a minute; a place typically frees up within a few months.

Who this is for

The clinic client.

Primarily women in their late 20s to early 40s, though the practice isn't gender-exclusive. Usually a diagnosis in hand: type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, PCOS or endometriosis. Most have tried a run of half-answers already, functional medicine, wellness routines, supplement stacks, and are looking for someone who can name a real path through.

The clinic is not a wellness experience. It's a course of treatment with named biomarkers, a structured protocol, and a discharge point.

What to expect

Three months, minimum.

This is a guided process, not a quick fix and not a generic plan. It asks for structured dietary change, lifestyle adjustment and behavioural consistency over time. Most clients need a minimum of three months, and often longer depending on where they start and what they are aiming for.

Where possible, start during a quieter period of your life. Where that isn't possible, the process is built around the commitments you already have.

What consistent implementation tends to produce:

  • Increased energy and reduced fatigue
  • Improved digestion and gut function
  • Better sleep and circadian rhythm
  • Improved hormonal and metabolic health
  • Healthier body composition and weight regulation
  • Greater mental clarity, mood and resilience
  • A more balanced relationship with food and habits

These outcomes follow from consistent implementation of your plan. Results are individual and are not guaranteed, and nutrition and lifestyle support does not replace prescribed medication or medical care.

The process

How the work runs.

Six stages, from the first conversation to the second follow-up. The initial consultation is booked and paid separately, so you decide whether to go further only after you have met Maria and she has assessed whether the approach suits you.

1

Initial health assessment and consultation (60 min)

In-person at Knightsbridge or video. Health concerns and goals, diet and eating patterns, daily routine, sleep and circadian rhythm, supplements and medications, family history, stress and emotional wellbeing, and what you have already tried. This session establishes whether the approach is right for you and whether you are ready for the commitment it asks for. Booked and priced separately from the programme.

2

Your baseline

Maria reviews your most recent blood work, ideally taken within the last three months, for an objective picture of your internal health. Where more is needed she may recommend fasting insulin, a full thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3), thyroid antibodies (TPOAb, TgAb), hormone profiling or a DEXA scan. Any additional testing is costed separately and agreed with you in advance.

3

Food diary and daily journal (2 to 3 weeks)

You record food and drink, meal timing, supplements and medication, sleep, energy, digestion, movement, stress, mood and cravings. This is the part consultation alone can't give you: a real-world picture of your habits, and the patterns and triggers inside them. Your protocol gets built on this data rather than on assumptions.

4

Your personalised protocol (3 to 4 days)

Once all your information is in, Maria writes your protocol and delivers it within three to four days. It covers nutrition strategy, circadian rhythm and sleep, movement and exercise, recovery and stress management, meditation and breathwork where appropriate, and the behavioural changes that hold it together. Your Ayurvedic constitutional picture (प्रकृति Prakriti) is read alongside your biomarkers.

5

Face-to-face protocol consultation

You and Maria go through the plan in person: what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it fits into an ordinary week. You leave with a practical implementation strategy, not a document to decode on your own.

6

Two follow-ups, then review

First follow-up at three to four weeks: progress, energy, sleep, digestion, what has been hard to stick to, and early adjustments. Second follow-up around three weeks later: consolidating what is working, fine-tuning the rest, and making it sustainable. Where appropriate, repeat blood work at four to six months measures the internal change against how you feel.

Support runs throughout, not only in sessions. You can reach Maria for guidance, clarification, accountability and reassurance when something gets difficult. Her job is to get the plan working in your real life, not just to design it.

This section now follows your own consultation process document (sent 3 September 2026), which replaces the three-phase / eight-month structure we had adapted from your old site. Those two don't agree: the old copy said three phases across roughly eight months with three reviews, your document says a minimum of three months with two follow-ups. We have gone with your document. Confirm that's right.

One addition to check. The प्रकृति Prakriti line in stage 4 is carried over from the previous copy, it isn't in your document. Tell us whether constitutional mapping is genuinely part of the clinic protocol, and we'll keep it or cut it.

Discharge is no longer named in the process. Your document ends at the second follow-up and ongoing support, with repeat bloods at four to six months. The old copy closed on a discharge point, and the rest of the site still refers to one (About, the insulin resistance article, the Clinic intro above). Tell us where the work formally ends and we'll put it back in as a stage.

The work, measured

Recent case files.

Type 1 diabetes + metabolic health

Nina, 37

HbA1c 65 45 mmol/mol

Type 1 since 24, post-breast-cancer management on insulin and Tamoxifen. Bespoke protocol combining nutrition, anti-inflammatory strategy, thyroid support, daily strength work, breathwork and lifestyle change. "My diabetes appointment went well thanks. My HbA1c has improved dramatically… now 45! It used to be 65, 2 years ago!"

Post-surgical endometriosis

Female, 31 / Stage IV

Symptom-free at 12+ months

Five months post-surgery for Stage IV endometriosis. Integrative protocol across nutrition, hormonal support, moderate daily movement, breathwork and circadian rhythm, alongside prescribed medical care. Latest bloods and ultrasound reassuring. "I am completely immersed in your programme… my body feels and performs better doing the right thing for it."

Type 2 diabetes + hypothyroidism

Female, 47 / 7 months

HbA1c 68 59 mmol/mol

Vegetarian diet restructured around home-cooked meals and adequate protein, with daily resistance training, Zone 2 cardio and food-diary monitoring added from a largely sedentary baseline. Levothyroxine reduced from 200 to 150 mcg by her prescribing clinician. Around 5 kg down and 2.5 inches off waist and hip, with sleep and strength both improved.

Three real case files received from Maria, August 2026 (Nina K, Type 1 diabetes; Female 31, post-surgical endometriosis; Female 47, Type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism, names withheld on the latter two). Source files live in /05 Content & Shoots/Case Studies/.

Disclaimer missing on the Female 47 case. The other two both close with Maria's standard wording (results are individual, outcomes vary). Confirm the same wording applies here before launch.

Endometriosis testimonial received 2026-09-03 and excerpted on the card. Maria's email signs it "Ro"; the card still reads "Female, 31" and the name stays off the site until consent is confirmed in writing. The source quote has three typos, all avoided by the excerpt. See the case file for the verbatim text.

Further case files welcome as they come in (4-5 total would give the page fuller breadth across metabolic conditions). Consent workflow still needs formalising, one-page consent template + release form.
